Cancellation Policy

We offer Tele-health appointments only Tele health visits are available Mon-Friday 5pm-7pm. A $75 deposit is required to book. Deposits are NON- REFUNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. The deposit is credited to your remaining balance due for your visit. This fee secures your appointment and is credited to your consultation fee. If we do not receive your deposit within 24hrs of scheduling your appointment your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation/No-show policy Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us via phone call or text no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment without 48-hour notice will result in a $50 fee. This fee will need to be paid to in order to make any future appointments. Payment/Return/Refund policy Payment for all medications is due at the time of service. All balances must be paid in full at the time of purchase. There are no refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchase under any circumstances.
