Cancellation/No-show policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us via phone call or text no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment without 48- hours notice will result in a $50 fee. This fee will need to be paid in order to book any future appointments.

Payment/Return/Refund policy

Payment for all medications is due at the time of service. All balances must be paid in full at the time of purchase. There are no refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchase under any circumstances.
